What you need before you start
Nothing to install. Two accounts to have ready, and about fifteen minutes.
This product watches the errors your application already reports, explains what broke, and proposes a response your team approves. There is nothing to install on your own machines and no agent inside your application — the workspace runs in a browser.
Accounts to have ready
| What | Needed for | Required? |
|---|---|---|
| An error tracker your app already reports to | The incidents this product reads | Yes |
| An AI provider key, or a local model | The analysis of each incident | Yes |
| An SMTP account, Discord webhook, or Telegram bot | Alerts leaving the workspace | Optional |
| A GitHub App, or FTP/SFTP credentials | Turning a fix into a change | Optional |
If you only have the first two, that is enough. Everything else can be added later without starting over.
How long this takes
About fifteen minutes end to end. The first issue sync is the slow part — a few minutes while the backlog your tracker has been holding comes across.
