Add people, roles, and stronger sign-in
Invite the team, decide who can administer, and turn on two-factor or passkeys.
Invite someone
- Open Teams and create a team, or open an existing one.
- Press Invite and enter an email address.
- Send them the invite link. They set their own name and password when they accept — you never handle their password.
People see the customers and projects they own, plus anything shared through a team they belong to.
Roles

| admin | Everything a user can, plus create users, change roles, delete accounts, and edit global settings |
Change a role under Admin → Users. Keep the number of administrators small — the role can read every global setting.
Two-factor codes
- Open Settings → Security and press Enable two-factor.
- Scan the QR code with any authenticator app.
- Enter the six-digit code to confirm. Sign-in will ask for a code from now on.
Passkeys
Under the same screen, press Add passkey and follow your device's prompt — Touch ID, Windows Hello, a phone, or a hardware key. Afterwards, Continue with a passkey on the sign-in page skips the password entirely.
Register a passkey on a second device, or keep a two-factor recovery route. A single passkey on a single lost laptop is a bad day.
